Our refund policy is as follows:

For Self-Paced Learning: (Online Courses)
Raise refund request within 7 days of purchase of course. The fees minus taxes and transaction charges will be refunded within 5-7 business days. Money back guarantee is void if the participant has accessed more than 25% content. Any refund request beyond 7 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
For Instructor Led Training: (Online One on One or Group lessons via Skype/Google Meet/Zoom or similar meeting platforms)
Raise refund request within 7 days of purchase of course. The fees minus taxes and transaction charges will be refunded within 5-7 business days. Money back guarantee is void if the participant has accessed more than 25% content of any e-learning course or has attended Online Classrooms/received recordings for more than 1 day.
Any refund request beyond 7 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your cancellation request is received and account accesses reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your cancellation request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
